Inactive Snapchat account still not deleted

Hello,

This is my first time posting here. Let me explain: four years ago, I lost the password to my Snapchat account, and it was impossible to recover it because my Hotmail address was gone at that time; it no longer exists.

So I created a new account. Yesterday, I asked a friend to send a message to my old account, and it worked, even though I've been inactive for four years (it's even showing up in the search bar).

I would like to know if the memories and saved chats are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity, and if possible, find a way to reconnect.

Thank you for reading and for your responses.

    Hello,

It is possible that we will retain some of your personal data for legal, business, or security reasons. For example, we will keep information about purchases you may have made via Snapchat, and about when you accepted our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

and if possible, find a way to reconnect me

After an additional 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.

Thank you for the response, but it's been over 30 days now, it's been 4 years, and my account still exists, so what should I do please?

It is possible that we retain some of your personal data for legal, commercial, or security reasons. For example, we will keep information about the purchases you may have made through Snapchat, and the time when you accepted our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Do not confuse this with the fact that your account no longer exists after 30 days, but some data remains visible...

What do you mean? What do you call data?
Sorry, but I'm trying to understand.
