I can't seem to delete a Snapchat account, I always get the following message:
"Sorry, we can't process your request. Please try again in a few minutes"
Does anyone know how to do it?

I suppose you've already tried the trick mentioned in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXzFGaMm48Q
If you're still having trouble, why not change your profile data to something fake and then uninstall the app?
