TCL TV, Pluto TV app works but there is no sound

Hello, I have a TCL flat screen, I have the Plutotv app, but there are channels and no sound.
I noticed that Samsung screens have this app and there is sound.
Is Samsung a partner of the Plutotv app, and is TCL not?
Is this the reason why there is no sound with TCL flat screens?
