Hello,

My speaker stays on and keeps flashing, blue light; it no longer responds.

Is there a way to force it to turn off?

    Hello,

    According to the manual, if the blue light is blinking, it means the speaker is ready for pairing...

    So, it seems necessary to redo the pairing procedure.

    Is the Bluetooth function lost or out of service on the phone?


    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Indeed, I also thought it was for pairing, so I tried to start the Bluetooth pairing process but the speaker is neither recognized by my phone nor by my computer....

        Try a connection using a 3.5mm jack cable

    Yes, I did it because I read that it could stop the Bluetooth, but when I connect my phone to the speaker with the jack cable, nothing happens; it keeps blinking and there is no sound....

        Absolutely, otherwise it wouldn't be flashing; it charged for at least 3 hours yesterday.

        OK.... It may also have tired batteries, unable to provide the necessary power for the proper functioning of the Bluetooth receiver and the audio amplifier... making an LED flash is not very power-consuming.

        Is this speaker recent?

    Yes, it was given to my son for Christmas and he only started using it a month ago!

        Yes, I thought about it, but we are still looking for the receipt and the original box was left at the vacation house...

        I'm trying to find a solution while waiting to be able to use the warranty (if I find all the elements)
