TikTok Issue: Balance Unavailable

Hello, I've been in the TikTok creator fund beta version for about a week now, and for €1 per 1000 views, I've already posted quite a few videos, including 3 that are over a minute long. When I click on the dashboard of the beta program version, a total rewards estimate shows up, about €70. However, when I click on "view balance" in icome+, my balance is €0 with a grayed-out box saying "withdraw," so I can't click on it because the balance is €0. It should be €70. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, and if so, is there a solution? It would really help me out.

    Hello, I have the same problem and I looked on TikTok's support (which helped me find the information below).
