TikTok Subscription Issue

Hello,
I have a TikTok account and I can no longer subscribe or like posts. I have already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how can we fix it?

I'm having the same problem, I was never notified, it's been almost a month and I can't subscribe or follow back even though I never subscribe to the channel ????????
