Request for feedback on BailFacile software.

Hello,

I am a landlord and after numerous problems with my property management agency, I now want to manage my apartment on my own.

I tested bailfacile (https://www.bailfacile.fr) in its free version for editing documents like rent receipts. The software suits me as it is, but I am limited in editing my rental contracts. The tool also offers automations that seem interesting to me, but only in the paid version.

Is anyone a paying user and can they give me their opinion on the "advantages" of this version before I commit to a subscription myself?

      Hello and thank you very much for your quick response!

      The reviews on the software you present are very poor and the interface seems outdated... I have no problem paying for a quality service, I just want to be reassured here but I think I'm going to go ahead with bail facile. At least I could give feedback to others :)

        On the CCM page of the software, there is a link to the software publisher and the 2023 version (free) seems sufficient for an individual.

        It's up to you to decide.
