Image display issue

Hello. I just installed Excel 2019. Previously, I was working with Open Office.

When I tried to open my workbook with Excel with my inserted images, I received a message saying "we cannot display the image." Note that there was no problem with Open Office.
How can I fix this since I have a large number of images to reinsert?

Thank you in advance

What I don't understand. Why do some images display correctly?

Hey,

Are the images linked on the Internet?

This could also be a compatibility issue between the two software programs.

No, the images come from my personal collection.

Hello,

By the way, check the file extensions of your images.. some extensions are not supported...!

Hello,

Have you tried inserting the provided image into your workbook...!

For the extension, you open the folder containing the images and you see:

The problem is that I didn't keep the image folder.

Hello,

In this case, you need to reinsert a new image, making sure to have a copy in a folder....!

Still no response for the proposed image ..... !

I can't save your image. It comes out in web format.

Hello,

First solution: right-click on the image and Copy, then paste it into the spreadsheet.

Second: right-click and Save as, for example on the desktop... depending on your setup, change the .webp to .jpeg, then in the Spreadsheet Insert.......

Both work perfectly.

It works with the first solution. However, for the second one, it only saves it in webp and cannot convert it to jpeg afterwards.
