display issue in Excel on screen Solved

Question

Hello, I have a problem with some Excel documents. When I scroll up or down the document, the rows overlap on the screen and reading the sheet becomes impossible! It's no longer possible to work on the sheet :-( I've been having this problem for a while and I've increased my PC's memory but the issue is still there :-( Thank you for helping me.

Hello, Thank you for the file, everything is fine on my end. Please try to redo the layout as there is one column [F] that is outside the print area. If you switch to normal view, does the display look correct... ?   Regards. Le Pingou

Hello Le Pingou and thank you for your response, here are the specifications of my PC: Maximo iCore2Quad Q8300, 2048MB, GF GT 220 1024MB, DVI, 24xDVDRW 1000GBHD, CR, W7 Premium 64Bit Q-MAXIMO-08 STEG Computer. and the software: Office 2007 Home & Student F (W,E,ON,PP) Retail Box Office 2007 H+S, F Microsoft I hope this makes more sense to you than it does to me. This is what I have on the purchase receipt; I don't know if these are the technical specifications?

Hello, Thank you, and what year is the PC....? It certainly isn't a memory issue. I think we need to try repairing MS Office 2007. In the control panel, programs, programs and features, then select MS Office 2007 and in the command bar choose [Modify] then check the [Repair] option and click [Continue] If that doesn't work, try System Restore and choose a date before the Excel problems started....! Good evening, thank you for your help. We bought the PC in December 2009. I did a repair on MS Office 2007 but the problem is still the same :-( If I do a restore, will I lose any documents or work? Because I will have to choose a date... far back since I've had this problem for... several months...

I would like to try system restore. Can I choose the description "System image restore point" or does it have to be written differently?

Hello, Before restoring, I would like to have an image of the problem. Could you please open the relevant workbook and as soon as the error occurs, take a screenshot (Print Screen) and paste it into a Word document, then upload it to https://www.cjoint.com/ and post the link. Hello, thank you very much. Indeed, by going to View, Page Layout was selected. By selecting Normal View, NO MORE PROBLEMS!!! :-) I checked several documents that were giving me this issue, and they were all in Page Layout view...  Really, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for taking the time to help me. I am so relieved because I can now work normally. It was becoming just impossible and frustrating!
