Cursor issue when typing

Hello,
I recently bought a new computer (Asus ExpertBook) and when I go into LibreOffice Calc I am bothered when I write text. I will try to explain my issue as clearly as possible:
When I click into a cell in LibreOffice Calc and start typing something, I notice that as I type, the cursor "flashes," "jumps," "trembles," I don't know how to say it. And it's very uncomfortable for the eyes. However, when I type text in the cell but this time with the cursor in the input line (the cursor is in the input line), I no longer have this problem.
I tested it with another computer, and the "feelings" while typing are normal whether I type with the cursor in a cell or in the input line.
Do you have any tips to fix this?

Hello,
Where did you download LibreOffice and what version?
The official site is here.
The version to install is 7.4.5.
If the installation is correct, you can clear the user profile:
- Quit LibreOffice
- Press the Windows key (the small flag) while holding down the R key
- Type %appdata%
- Look for the LibreOffice folder and rename it OldLibreOffice
- Restart LibreOffice.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. The version I downloaded is 7.4.5.1.
I tried your method but it doesn't change anything.

on the official site?
Was the installation method followed?
Do you observe the same behavior on Writer or on applications other than LibreOffice and after restarting the computer?

Yes, I downloaded this version from the official website. On Writer no issues, nor anywhere else.
After restarting the computer, still the same problem on LibreOffice Calc.
Hello and thank you for the advice, I installed version 7.3.7.2 that I was using on my old computer: it solves the problem.
But there are other issues that won't go away: vertical black bars appear here and there in Calc, I don't know why, oddities with auto-fill (black boxes scribbled in white) I can't post photos on this forum otherwise I could have shown you what it looks like. Maybe a problem with the graphics card, or the screen, right?
Each strange element may be linked to different causes.
It's random, sometimes yes, sometimes no, or every time. As far as I remember, for auto-completion, it seems we can customize it in tools > options - the colors.
To post an image, you need to save the image on your computer and click on the appropriate icon.
Yes, but I suggested that you redo everything. It's the only way to ensure that the installation was done correctly.
The screenshots show behavior that shouldn't occur.
What is the configuration of your machine?

Thank you for your response.
My computer is running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled LibreOffice many times. But I'm willing to do it again. Which version should I install? The 7.4.5? The 7.5? Some have advised me to install an older version, so I downloaded the one I had on my old computer, namely 7.3.7.2, with which I no longer have problems regarding text input (see description in my first message), but I still have the issues shown in the screenshot.
Regarding the user profile purge, if I delete the LibreOffice folder or rename it to OldLibreOffice, it comes to the same thing, right?
The latest stable version of LibreOffice is 7.4.5
Renaming the user profile allows you to recover items you may have added to the original profile: https://forum.openoffice.org/fr/forum/viewtopic.php?p=217224#p217224
By deleting the profile, you will start with a blank profile when you first launch the application you install. It’s up to you to decide.
Profile path (the profile is a hidden folder in Windows):
https://forum.openoffice.org/fr/forum/viewtopic.php?p=262416#p262416
Make sure there aren’t multiple profiles, and if there are, delete them.
This way, you can ensure a proper installation, and if the problem persists, you will need to look for another cause.
