Hello, I don't know where to turn. I purchased a Doro phone for seniors, and after entering the contacts, it receives calls but cannot send a response. The screen says: call answered not set up. What should I do, return the phone, or perhaps you have the solution? Thank you.

    Good evening, thanks to madmyke for his response. In fact, it wasn't the phone but a technical issue with Orange for the blocked plan; anyway, I don't understand much but it's working now. So thanks again.
