Cannot use Canon Easy Photo Print Editor

Hello, I just installed my new Canon Pixma TS6350a printer. I would like to test the accompanying photo software: Easy Photo Print Editor, I open it without any problem, but a window opens at the same time titled "About the information collected."

I can't scroll to the bottom of the page to close it, what should I do?

I'm on Windows 11.

Hello,

Try closing the window by pressing Alt + F4

Or zoom out to see the window in its entirety (use the mouse scroll wheel while holding down the Ctrl key).

To do: make sure you have the latest version of the software 1.7.1 (for Windows). If not, update it.

Thank you for your response, but there is no solution!

I have version 1-7-1

If I press Alt+F4 it closes the software

It's impossible to zoom out, neither with Ctrl and the mouse wheel, nor Ctrl and ++

and I still have this window blocking me.

Has anyone had the problem and the solution?

I just took a test (on Win 11).

I didn't get the famous "About the information collected" window.

I specify that I downloaded the software from the Canon website: https://www.canon.fr/apps/easy-photoprint-editor-app/

I just uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, still the same issue.

But when I downloaded it, I was forced to install W10 even though I have W11. Could the problem be coming from that? I saw on their support that W11 is compatible.

Well, I uninstalled and re-downloaded again (from the Canon website) and ....still this information window!

I'm desperate! Tomorrow I'll try on another computer.

On my old computer with W7, I have the information window but all the way down and I can click on "I accept". My larger screen displays the characters smaller, so I did the same on this one and yay it works!!!!

I can't seem to mark it as Resolved!

That's what I wanted to do by advising you to zoom out.

The main thing is that it works.

To mark it as resolved, you need to click on the 3 dots at the bottom of the initial message.
