How to fix ENERMAX Watercooling not cooling anymore

Hello,

my watercooling ENERMAX Watercooling, AIO LIQMAX III 120 RGB Processor Liquid Cooling - 1

is no longer cooling anything, I don't know if it's the liquid or something else. If it's the liquid, I don't actually know how to change it.

help me pleeease

    And the front fans seem to move too when they spin, but the center is not stable.
