Hello,

I hear better in my right earbud than in my left earbud (JBL 230 NC TWS). Could someone please help me?

    Hello.

    Skin flakes or earwax must have entered the earbud; you need to remove the silicone tip and then very carefully take out the grille at the entrance of the earbud, clean it, and blow into the inside of the earbud.
