Freebox Connect does not detect my Freebox.

Hello,

I just installed Freebox Connect on my Android phone, but the app isn't detecting my Freebox Pop.

I have no Wi-Fi issues, all my devices are currently connected without problem, including the phone I'm using the app on.

Do you have any idea how I could fix this?

No miracle solution!

I advise you to go to the Settings of the smartphone, then Apps.

Delete the data of Freebox Connect and start the pairing again.

I have already tried but it doesn't work.

I cleared the data, the cache, reinstalled, rebooted the Freebox, etc., but nothing helps.

Do you use Freebox OS on your computer (http://mafreebox.freebox.fr/) and have you set an administration code?

No, I do not use Freebox OS.

However, the Free Connect app recognizes my box very well on iOS.
