01fichier: The Premium status should not be used

Hello

I have had a PREMIUM account on 01fichier for a long time, but for the past 2 days, I've been getting this message when I try to download: The Premium status should not be used from professional access (VPN, proxies, ...). Use CDN Credits.
You have an option in the "Settings" tab of your management interface.989

I use MICROSOFT EDGE & I tried GOOGLE CHROME but it's still the same. I have NORTON as antivirus & if I don't activate the VPN, I can't connect to the download zone site.

I have removed the proxies and VPN on my PC... still nothing.

I contacted 1fichier and they replied that I am using a server, so I need to take CDN credits & that my IP address is not residential... whereas I am at home without a server.

I don’t know what to do & besides, I’m not very knowledgeable about this.

Hello.

However, your IP indicates that you're not using a standard internet provider but rather CDN77.

Your IP is normally in the Netherlands, so either you are in the Netherlands or you are using a proxy.

Hello bazfile, I'm in the Netherlands but I could be in France and it wouldn't change the problem, and I'm not using a proxy. Just yesterday, I was located in the United States and I had no issues. Today it's not working anymore.

The frequent change of country and IP must be the cause of this problem; they may think that multiple people are using this account, since it is them who are blocking it. Check with 1fichier support.

hello,

indeed, the download works without a VPN! but I don’t understand anything because we absolutely had to have one according to the providers and now it’s no longer necessary! they’re taking us for suckers, the VPN isn’t free! and 1Fichier is acting all tough because Uptobox shut down and we have no choice. in Switzerland, we can download without any problems, but still! in any case, I’m against their system and as soon as I can, I’m changing providers.
