The torrent download does not start

When I open a torrent file in Deluge, the download doesn't start, everything is at zero

What do I do?

    Try another torrent client like "µtorrent", maybe it's coming from the application.

    It's normal; it must be that no computer holding the file and a BitTorrent is turned on, you just have to wait. Normally, the guy who made the torrent should have the file.
