Hello,
I recently went on a trip and carried my JBL Tune510BT headphones with me everywhere, in a somewhat full bag. The first unpleasant surprise is that the + button no longer makes the usual clicking sound but still works. This morning, when I woke up, I realized that I simply can't turn on my headphones (which I've had since last September). I tried charging them, and the red light comes on. The reset doesn't seem to work, and I no longer have the warranty paper from Darty, please help me...

You should go to Darty and talk to them; they are usually very understanding at this store, and they must have a record of this purchase in their system.
If you paid with a credit card, take a look at your account statements.

Do you think so?? Because it seems to me that at the time of purchase, they didn't even ask me for any personal information (email, name, first name...). And unfortunately, I didn't pay by credit card ????. I only remember the exact day of the purchase and I kept the box of the headset.
