My JBL 400BT headset won't turn on.

Hello, I recently got my JBL 400BT headphones but for a few days now, they won't turn on. When I plug them in to charge, the usual red light comes on but turns off 5 minutes later and doesn’t charge anymore. When I plug in the jack, it works.
