Delete a draft message in Gmail

Hello,

I would like to delete a draft reply on Gmail BUT keep the original message. In my inbox, I see the name of the email (let's say "thing") followed by a comma and "draft 2" (I'm wondering what this 2 means anyway).

I want to delete the draft, but when I do that, it also deletes the original message, which I want to keep. Do you know what I can do?

    It's good: just right-click, "delete drafts." It was pretty easy!
