Firewall blocks outgoing connection to nPerf server

Hello everyone,
for the past few days I haven't been able to access Nperf.
I wrote to them: their response was to clear the cache or change the browser, but nothing works!
They reply that it is probably my Windows 10 firewall that is blocking the connection to the Nperf server.
Could you please give me the steps to follow? That would be nice.
Thank you all
Émilie

The responsible party is therefore not the Windows firewall. Try it out via the free version of this VPN (see at the bottom of the page).
Even with the firewall disabled, I still don't have access (it keeps looping), but it works on Ookla. However, I can't save my tests.
Yes, that’s what I thought (it’s not the firewall).
Download FRST once downloaded save it on the desktop then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator you will get this:
Click on Scan
Warning, wait for the messages saying the scan is complete to appear.

At the end of the scan you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition.

Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to PJJOINT see THIS TUTORIAL then provide the two links generated by PJJOINT in your reply.

a hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Hello,
what is the error displayed?
Is it the test that is not working or the site? They are two different addresses.
At the firewall level, the https port is being used, like all websites, so nothing unusual.
Can you test on this site:
or this one
I'm doing the FRST
No, it's the test that is searching. On testdebit.info it's the same, it's searching!!
Two questions:
You say it happens on all PCs, so it might come from the same software installed on these PCs. Is Avira installed on all PCs, and is it the free or paid version?
Do you have a proxy on your PC? Did you configure it, or are you not aware of it?
Edit: I see that you have installed Acronis Active Protection. You added the update server in the Hosts, which is a sign of unofficial software.
It is not activated but configured:
ProxyServer: [.DEFAULT] => 127.0.0.1:1080 Your PC is a real mess, too many things installed, several VPNs, outdated processes everywhere, it could use some cleaning up, but since it's the same on all your PCs and not just one, and it only happens on Nperf, I'd rather not do anything.
