Unable to connect to server - FileZilla

Question

Hello,

I just downloaded FileZilla, and I need to connect to a client's FTP server.
So I enter everything needed in the connection bar, and it returns the following:

Status: Connecting to ftp.domaine-d-auriac.fr...

Error: Connection closed after 20 seconds of inactivity

Do you have any idea what this error might be coming from?

The server is down or your IP is blacklisted on this server.
Or a problem related to the current "outage" affecting access to certain websites...

port 22 is SFTP, not FTP, by the way it's marked SFTP and SFTP is the SSH protocol/application.
It also does FTP, it's even the preferred mode of Filezilla (and mine too), but you need an SSH server on the other end.
And it points to port 21 instead of 22, that should make things better already.
But there seems to be another problem: the domain seems to be hosted at OVH, is it dedicated or shared?
It looks more like shared hosting given the reverse:
brupala@Textorm:~$ host 164.132.235.17
17.235.132.164.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer cluster023.hosting.ovh.net.

the DNS record ftp.domaine-d-auriac.fr should point to OVH's FTP servers if it's shared, there ftp.domaine-d-auriac.fr as well as www.domaine-d-auriac.fr and the domain domaine-d-auriac.fr return the same IPv4 address.
In any case, even on port 21, the server isn't very talkative.
a nmap indicates only ports 80 and 443 listening, which is true as we connect via http, redirected to https by the way.
