Hello,

my Xerox WorkCentre 6015 B laser printer has stopped working (neither scanning nor printing) since I cleaned the cartridge area. I tried cleaning the color toner density sensors (CTD), but there was no improvement. I changed the three color cartridges (compatible ones) but not the black one yet. I can't even scan anymore.

How can I reset my device from my computer since the printer's keyboard is stuck on the error message?

PS: I'm a beginner in computing, so please feel free to talk to me like a novice!
