Unable to use phone number verification

Hello,
Following the creation of a Google account a few weeks ago, I am being asked for a phone number because there has been unusual activity on my account.
The problem is that no matter what phone number I try to enter, I keep getting the following message:
"Unable to use this phone number for verification."
For your information, my main number was initially rejected because it was apparently used for too many accounts.
And when I use other numbers, I receive the aforementioned message.

Basically, Google limits the number of accounts associated with the same phone number, so since I already have several associated with my mobile number for my different projects, I can't associate any more.
But when that is the case, it clearly tells me.
In this case, it just says that it's not possible to use the number, and I get the same message when I try with other numbers (from my family, etc.).
It seems like the account is stuck on the error and no matter what number I put, the error appears...
I also wrote to Google support.
