Hello, on my keyboard when I try to search for an emoji by a word Example: dog

It says it's impossible to search for emojis in the current input language. However, I've checked and all input methods are set to French. ????

And have you tried another keyboard app?
Personally, I've been using Swiftkey for a long time and I'm very happy with it.

Hello,

The input language of the keyboard/phone is not the same as the emoji search language.

Therefore, you need to type the words in English.

I tried typing in English as well, without success.
