Connected without internet Samsung S20 phone

Hello

My issue with my box is that my phone displays "connected without internet" since I started it up, yet all other devices work on this network.

However, at work, I connect normally to WiFi without any problems.

Finally, at home, if I disable mobile data and connect to WiFi, even though it says "without internet," I can still access the internet. I've read all the forums, reset my phone and the box, and I can't find a solution...

    Hello,

I think your smartphone has something twisted, but I don't know what the flaw is.

Well, as long as it just keeps spouting nonsense about the internet connection it doesn't have but actually does, it's fine, it's better than the opposite.

However, having to turn off mobile data reminds me of another discussion.

    And there you go....

But misery, those line spaces are so annoying!!

Hello, I have the same problem with the Samsung S20FE that I just bought. With my old Samsung, I was connected to the wifi without any issues on my SFR Red Box, everyone at home is connected without problems. I was able to connect my phone to another wifi without any issue. But at home, it says "connected without internet." I have tried all the tips found online and nothing works. Have you found the solution? Best regards, Rémi

Hello, no, I still haven't found the solution. I believe I've tried all the different solutions indicated on the internet. The only thing I don't dare to try is changing my box's WAP security to WEP. Too technical. And I'm afraid of messing everything up, especially regarding all the other devices that are not having any issues. Kind regards.

      Hello,

What a load of crap, I wonder who could recommend using WEP in 2023, when everyone has been throwing it in the trash for 10 years.

In any case, it's the box that chooses, not the stupid phone.

      Hello,

I found the solution, just go to the WiFi settings of the network used and change the IP settings to "Static"!!...

The issue for me comes from the purchase of this laptop, which is originally intended for the American market, with these differences.

Thank you very much for your response. However, my issue has been resolved by ordering a new S20FE, which also had a battery problem. The new one I received does not have the wifi issue I had. Thanks again, best regards.
