Touchpad not working on my LDLC

Hello, I recently acquired a new computer: The LDLC Bellone HXL73-32-2M10-P

My problem is that the touchpad doesn't work properly; it's impossible to scroll with two fingers or to zoom, and despite searching, I can't find anything that helps.

I found a comment on the LDLC site mentioning that indeed the touchpad didn't have the same functionalities as other computers, but there was nothing concrete in that comment.

Does anyone have any guidance, please?

    I myself am a customer of this well-established chain. Why not go to one of their stores or, if that's not possible, call their customer service?

    That being said, you mention that this is a recent purchase, but the product appears on the list of PCs unavailable for sale. This needs to be clarified before it's too late for a refund.

    Indeed, if it's an operating system installed "Cossack-style" without the drivers for the internal peripherals, it's unlikely to work.
