Hello,

I no longer have any mail, in fact I can no longer download updates from the Windows Store because of this error Code: 0x80073CF9, not just the mail by the way, I have 32 updates that are not being applied anymore. If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.

    Hello.

When asking a Windows question, at the very least you should specify which version of Windows you're referring to?

Hello bazfile, sorry but it's so obvious from my end lol, I have Windows 10 and apparently I'm up to date thanks for your intervention

Perform a Windows 10 repair without data loss (everything is kept), despite what is indicated on the screens, it is indeed a repair and not a Windows installation.

Download this Microsoft tool, open the tool, and do as indicated below:

Be careful to check as shown in the picture.

I fixed Windows and everything went well; all updates have been completed, however, I still don't have the little blue mail icon. Is it because I have a Hotmail account?

Go to the start menu, then in your applications you will find Mail, right-click on it and choose "more" then "pin to taskbar".

I can't find it anywhere, I've checked all the apps in the start menu, the same goes: the Windows Store tells me that I own it and when I want to download it, it gives me the same error code, it's curious and bothersome because I can't send any emails

Check the list of installed programs and see if Mail is there; if it is, click on Mail, then on advanced options and repair it. Otherwise, use Thunderbird or Bluemail, which are more comprehensive.
