Trash not found on mymail

Good evening everyone,

It's now been 2 days that I can no longer delete my messages on mymail, as my trash is nowhere to be found...

Could you please let me know how to restore the situation?

    I just had the same problem. Trash folder nonexistent, I'm with Free as well.

    What to do ???????

    Definitely do not do this: factory reset, meaning erase everything.

    Indeed, I thought that by deleting all the data and then reinstalling everything, it would work again.

    NOT AT ALL...

    Given the comments, I have the same problem with the trash deletion in my messaging, so when I try to delete, a message appears informing me that deletion is not possible.

    So I think the problem might be with the messaging system (being a bad parent, I doubted my children...)

    MyMail is the same on my end

    No trash folder for about a month

    I've tried everything: uninstall/reinstall, disconnect and recreate...

    I sent an email to MyMail support (by clicking on the icon at the bottom right, there's a menu with "Write to support"): but I just received an email response from them (automatically for sure) saying they would respond. Zero since then

    In the same menu, we are supposed to be able to create and add folders, but it doesn't work

    I think this is simply due to the app having a bug

    But if you have any other info, I’m interested. Thanks
