Google Form creator's email address not visible
Edalice -
Hello,
I created a Google Form. When testing it from a personal email address, I can open it even though I don't have a Google account, but I can see the creator's Gmail address.
I have unchecked the boxes for "collect email addresses" and others, but I still see this address. However, I would like it not to be displayed.
Thank you in advance for your response.
And have a nice day.

Hello,
Indeed, "collect email addresses by default" allows you to gather the addresses of people who have responded to the forms. You can disable this option to avoid having the question mandatory by default.
However, to my knowledge, the creator's email address is automatically and necessarily visible. To prevent your personal email address from being known by others, you can use a fake email address like: ***@***.
I hope this helps.

Thank you for this clarification. In fact, I didn't realize that when testing my Google Form, I was necessarily using one of my accounts that are all referenced by Google, and therefore the address appears. I tested it with someone who doesn't have a Google account, and there, we can't see my address!
