Purple/Blue/Black Screen Spots on Phone

Hello,

I dropped my phone and the screen turned purple/blue, and I was wondering if my screen is broken, thus replaceable, or if it's another software issue or something else in the phone?

    No, it's not a software problem, your screen is dead. Is it still under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase)?

      It's no longer under warranty, but I think I'll buy a screen and change it myself.
