HP DeskJet 3700 Printer Stuck

Hello, I upgraded from W.8 to W.10 due to a bug, and since then I've been having issues with my HP... my Deskjet 3720 worked at times, but I had to unplug and replug the power... after an update and a change of ink cartridge, nothing works anymore, I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing is working. Can you please help me? It is USB and Ethernet. Thank you

Thank you very much for your response, I had already tried several things, so I clicked on your link, downloaded, and it answered me negatively and now my printer is starting up and printing an error document... Let's hope it keeps working. Have a great day.

The three parts that I recommend installing after removing the old drivers and printing device in the Device Manager and Devices and Printers
