Bad surprise in September, my remote control is not working anymore. I called Free and they said no problem, we’ll send you another one without mentioning the cost. I called their services several times and the response was: delivery cost charged because it’s a relay point and not a Free store. They hadn’t offered me that. I contacted them on WhatsApp and was told the remote control charge is €20 (Free store €19.90). I sent a registered complaint and their response was that one of their agents informed me.. The customer relationship at Free is deteriorating and the employees are poorly trained.

    Hello.

    Normally, you should have been offered to return the defective remote control in exchange for the new remote control at the collection point; this exchange is free, check this with Free.

    You can also discuss this with the mediator (free).
