My printer is printing double???

Hello, my CANON TS5100 series printer is printing text in duplicate.

I have done all the possible settings from the printer and the computer: head alignment, deep cleaning... I haven't found anything on the CANON website or anywhere else.

Is there anyone who can help me or at least tell me which part I should change?

Thank you for any responses. Best regards.

    Good evening

Either you clicked twice on print or the printer's counter is set to 2 for the number of sheets

      Hello,

No, the printer is printing the text in double letters shifted on one single page!

All the black letters have their double shifted in gray, and this happens from all the computers. So, I conclude that it comes from the printer despite all the settings I checked.

Maybe a part needs to be changed? But which one?

    Hello

You need to uninstall the printer, restart, and reinstall it.

    If that doesn't work

in administrator mode in the console type sfc /scannow (this will clean up the win files)

    or system restore

    Windows key + R

type rstrui.exe and ok previous restore
