Erreur de Quickpart dans Word

Hello,
I have two questions regarding my Word document, hoping that someone can help me.
1) I created a QuickPart named "to be completed" that people need to fill in. However, when you click on the field to fill it in, the typography is not correct.
Let me explain, in my field where it says "to be completed," the font is Century Gothic, size 11. But the title just above called "Domains" is in Century Gothic, size 14. When you try to replace the text "to be completed" with the correct text, it takes the font of the title instead of the one from the field. Any idea on how to change that?
2) This time in the "Experiences" section, I have another issue. I would like the text to be automatically adjusted according to the tab when it goes to the second line. Let me explain: in the example of my file, I entered the name of a fictitious company called "Jean-Michel Dubois SA." And you can see that it quickly moves to the second line. I would like this second line to automatically align with "Jean-Michel Dubois SA." But since it is a fillable field, I see that it doesn't work. Could you help me with that as well?
Thank you in advance for your valuable help!
Have a great day!

Hello,
For the first question:
You mention "Quickpart," but Quickpart is broad... Is it not rather a content control, since it needs to be filled out?
In any case, it's not a bug; it's just that you may have created/used your styles incorrectly and/or didn't adhere to the theme. If it is a content control, we can choose a fill style in the properties, which will therefore be different from the style that requires filling out.
For the second question:
There are several solutions, but the simplest is to create a two-column table. It's much more convenient for the person filling out the form.
