Bonjour,

I have quite a long Word document where the same information (for example, an address) appears several times.

If I modify this address in one place in my document, I would like all the addresses to be modified as well without having to find them.

I'm really having trouble with this.

I see that in Insert -> Quick Parts -> Document Property -> "Company Address": I insert a field that has the properties I want. But I want to create one called "Job Site Address," another "User Company Address," and another "External Company Address." However, it's impossible to create new fields in "Document Property."

How can I do this?

I found many solutions on the Internet to insert information without having to copy and paste. That's not what I need at all!

Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

You say, "I found many solutions on the Internet to insert information without having to copy-paste. This is not at all what I need!"
but we don't know what these "many solutions" are and why they don't suit you.

I explained the seven solutions here. Take a close look at the property controls by reading the article all the way through, and the document variables solution.
