Hello,
I was using Word 2013 and I had Word files with Excel insertions.
Since I switched to Word 2016, the Word file is excessively lengthening.
The same happens if I delete and recreate a new insertion.
The Excel insertion automatically drops to the next page and then returns to its place.
If I click on it, its shape changes again.
In short, I can't use it.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Thank you
Configuration: W10/

Hello
Never seen that before... That said, you provide little information: we don't know what type of insertion you're talking about: incorporation? Linking?
and what is your method: Copy-Paste, Insert=>Object?...

Hello
In Word 2016, I go to Insert >> Object >> and I choose Microsoft Excel 97-2003 Worksheet,
I tried with the other Excel options (Excel Worksheet or Excel Binary Worksheet) and it's the same thing
What is strange is that this doesn't happen with all my files
Since I switched from 2013 to 2016, I think there's a connection.

If you insert a 97-2003 file into 2016, you will, in any case, run into problems. It's not the same format, and Office doesn't like this mix. If you insert a file made with 2013 or 2016, it's not problematic.
The best way to embed a file (the simplest) is to do a special paste and choose MS Excel Worksheet. Try it this way. But start by converting your Excel file to the xlsx format.
