Micro Nintendo DSi no longer works

Hello,
I bought the new Nintendo DSi, and the microphone suddenly stopped working, even though I didn’t do anything, except maybe plug in some headphones... ?
I don’t understand, I tried to run the microphone test, but nothing.
Can someone help me?

    hi,

    my sister has the same microphone problem and i did some research to see what it could be and someone told me at micromania that if the mic was made in angletaire it’s normal because they have a manufacturing defect and there is nothing to do i hope i said what you are looking for
