Hello
I would like to change my fence and the town hall is asking me for a plan before and after.
Do you have a simple software to recommend, please? Just wall, gate, and fencing :)
Thank you for your help

Hello,
Aside from Microsoft Paint (in the accessories submenu of the Windows button, which allows you to draw lines and geometric shapes on an imported photo), architecture or CAD software requires some time to get used to.
List here:

At an intermediate level, you have "Inkscape" or "SketchUp", vector drawing software that allows you to manipulate graphic elements (geometric objects, textures, curves, duplication, assembly)
That being said, as with any graphic software, the notion of simplicity depends on how easily one grasps the basic concepts of "technical" drawing.

HELLO,
You take a sheet of 21 x 27 cm.
You divide the longest length of the land by 0.20.
You keep this number safe; it will be the scale: 1/number (for example: 1/500, which is read as one five hundredth).
You divide the dimensions taken from the land (e.g., the gate) by the number (e.g., 500).
Using a compass (or Google Maps), you determine the north.
You place an arrow indicating North next to the scale, with "N" above it.
Below, you draw a line representing 1 meter, and underneath you write: "1 m".
And you draw with your hand and a graduated ruler. -
Hello,
Google Maps can do that...
See you later blux "Idiots dare to do anything.
That's how we recognize them." -
I was thinking of a software instead
that would allow us to place the wall, then the gate and the fence so it looks cleaner than a hand drawing...

Hello,
If there is a simple declaration of work and no building permit, the DP7 and DP8 documents are just photographic (personal, Google...), with the possibility of annotating them or adding an explanatory text.
However, if we do not already have a site plan, we can use a land registry extract for DP1 and DP2, simply labeling in DP1, but in DP2 we must show the vegetation and networks: in both cases, it should be sufficient to make the modifications using Paint.net rather than Paint to include the desired items: in terms of a declaration of works, this is not a work of art and the administration is quite satisfied with these documents even at an approximate scale.
The only issues we face are the graphic representations of the exterior appearance and integration DP5 and DP6.Here too, if the proposed work is not complex, it may be enough to modify photos using Paint.net.
If the result is not satisfactory, rather than tackling Sketchup, which is still quite complex for a simple fence issue, we can do the job (I did it for a veranda) with more intuitive software like HomeByMe or SweetHome3D.
