Hello,

Similarly, for a week now I haven't been able to read or delete messages from a Marketplace sale via Messenger. What should I do?

    Hello, I have the same issue as you. I have a message on Marketplace, and when I try to read it, I get a black screen saying no messages. How can I resolve this issue, please? I can't see my old messages either… Thank you.

    You need to uninstall and reinstall the app, and normally the problem will be resolved. However, you may lose your conversations.
