Hello, here is my problem: I played at Casino Extra, I deposited €90 via Cashlib. After playing my €90, they offered me €30. I had just over €2000 to wager before I could withdraw my funds. After wagering more than €2000 and meeting the conditions, I experienced several disconnections while playing. My balance was then at €550, and I ended up with €1107, and then down to €2.38. I went into chat to report that I had experienced several disconnections, that I had €550 and then went to €1107 and then to €2.38. They told me that I had triggered a €20 bonus for free spins, which is true, but I won €800 and some euros well after that. Then supposedly they adjusted my balance because I had not met the conditions, changing my balance from €550 to €2.38. I would like to know how to report the site for fraud.
