I confirm it's a big scam, there's no need to contact customer service, which is mainly there to help you deposit money and not to withdraw it! Moreover, the redistribution is highly questionable (200 bets of over 1 euro = 1 bonus of 4 euros!!!! and maximum win of 11 euros) in short, you might as well go to the tobacco shop and get cash ^^

These casinos being based 'off-shore', there is no possibility of banning anything. It’s up to the player to inform themselves BEFORE risking their money on these 'black holes'. Of course, there is no possible recourse (besides giving them bad publicity online..).

I just won a jackpot with them 4 days ago of 3200 euros with a screenshot as proof. They don't want to pay, supposedly claiming that no jackpot was won that day!!!
