Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for your help. Indeed, I am trying to access the authentication page of the CAF, and whether it is through France Connect or directly, my request cannot be completed for the reason mentioned above. On the office computer with the same configuration (Windows 7 Pro, Google, and Firefox), it works fine. Why? Who knows...

Do you have a solution?

Hello MPMP10, thank you for the effective help provided by the given addresses.

I write effective because the Firefox diagnostic help resolved the issue (incompatible extensions).

After removal, Firefox allows me access to the site I could no longer visit and to read video files that were previously inaccessible for some.
In short, thank you, it works.

    PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

No need to look far for the source of the problem: It's the CAF website that’s buggy! By the way, it’s often under maintenance these days... It's not a coincidence! Basically, their IT technicians are a bunch of goofballs!!!

    Thank you for your responses.

    To bazfile and MPMP10

I can access the page, but as soon as I enter my credentials and click to enter, it disappears and tells me "please check etc ..."

    To redbart

when I try the suggested addresses, I get: Hum, we can't find this site.

For your information, I have several computers at home and on the others it works; I can access the CAF, but not on mine. I reset Firefox and cleaned the computer, and still the same thing RRrrr !!!

I will eventually find what is blocking.
Thank you again for your involvement

    Hello

Free Awast like on the others. Home computer, Windows 7 Professional OS + Firefox browser with AdBlocker Ultimate, search engine Google or Qwant depending on the mood and need. Google brings too many ads. Windows firewall enabled.

      Hello,

Check the troubleshooting mode with Firefox...

      https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/diagnostiquer-problemes-firefox-mode-depannage

It would be nice to upgrade to Windows 10 for free...

      https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/119-passer-gratuitement-de-windows-7-a-windows-10/

Otherwise, there are many issues with Avast, it would be better to toss it out and let Microsoft’s antivirus take over...

      https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility#pc

Try disabling Avast shields for 10 minutes by right-clicking the Avast icon in the taskbar, near the clock...

Firefox is incompatible with the CAF website (caf.fr).

I tried with Safari on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 and it works!
