Instagram post scheduled via META is not publishing.

Hello,

As a community manager, I scheduled my clients' posts this week using Facebook's META BUSINESS. The posts were published properly on Facebook, but not on Instagram.

I get the error message "failed to publish" on each post with multiple images; the posts with a single image worked.

Whether it's their account or my own account...

So I am forced to keep my computer with me to publish in real time via INSTAGRAM, otherwise nothing works through META... ????

Have you ever encountered this problem?

What should I do...?

Hello,

I don't know if it's related or not, but I reported the situation to Meta business, I waited a week, and it resolved itself.

Try reporting the malfunction to Meta first =)

Hello, I'm also facing this issue.

I'm in charge of communication for a young company, and to plan my publications, I can only use Meta Business for Instagram/Facebook posts.

I'm having exactly the same problems with Instagram publications that don't go out via Meta Business. I have to go through Instagram directly. So, I'm wasting time on my job.

I noticed this problem since November 2nd, a few days after the massive bug on Instagram. I don't know if it's related.

I hope someone has the answer to this problem...

In that case, I recommend scheduling your posts from the Instagram app, which has offered this functionality recently (if you haven't noticed it). It takes a little longer than through META's business suite as it seems to only be done from the phone, but it's still more convenient than setting reminders or alarms (and it's especially one less mental load!)

Same for me. It's really not convenient! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it gets resolved spontaneously. Or that a good soul can help us here! ;-)
