My printer only prints the first page of a document

Hello,

I have a Brother printer. It only prints the first page when I submit a multi-page document, even when I have checked the "all" option at the last step before printing. However, if I select different pages, then it prints everything that has been selected (if the "selection" option has been checked, of course)! Thank you for your advice and insights.

    Tell me, do you have a software that manages printing, or do you just have the drivers installed but Windows is managing it?

      Hello Laryous,
      I installed the printer with its CD, so it would be the printer software that manages it and not Windows, right? Does my answer clarify things for you?
