Connection failure from the server outlook.office365.com

Hello,

For about a week (it seems to me since a Thunderbird update), I can no longer connect via Thunderbird to an Outlook address, which works perfectly if I connect directly. I have 3 other email accounts linked to Thunderbird (Gmail, etc.) and there are no issues with them.
It says "connection failed from the server outlook.office365.com."
I've read a lot of forums but haven't found an answer. For some, it resolved itself...
Could someone help me?

Hello,

Have you checked that your connection settings haven't changed?


For POP3 Settings
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

For IMAP Settings (I strongly recommend this one)
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP Settings
Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS

I had the same problem.
I solved it by deleting the email account and creating it again.

He is not at risk of losing all his emails if his email account is configured in POP on Thunderbird???
