Hello everyone,

I updated to Windows 11 yesterday and this morning I find myself in the BIOS menu without being able to get out. Every time I tried to exit (whether with F10, the cross at the top right, or escape) I ended up back in the BIOS. After a quick search, I read that the problem could be related to the connections. So I checked the cables, but when I rebooted, a new problem occurred. I got a blue screen followed by a menu to try to debug but none of the options worked.

I should also point out that this is not the first launch (even though the PC is only a few weeks old) and that Windows was pre-installed. Everything was fine last night but not this morning.

What solutions could help me?

Thank you very much in advance,

Bastien

Hello,

You indicate...

I also clarify that this is not the first launch (even though the PC is only a few weeks old) and that Windows was pre-installed. Everything was fine last night but not this morning.

Which version of Windows was pre-installed when you purchased your PC?

It is under warranty for a period of 2 years. Use the MSI Support.
