PS4 turns off when I launch a game (Far Cry, Assassin's...)

Hello,

When I start a game, my TV screen goes black and HDMI1 appears, and my PS4 becomes unresponsive (no image or sound).

And when I remove the game disc, the image returns to the PS4 home screen... I'm starting to lose my mind, I've tried everything! I've cleaned the fan with an air can, but nothing works... the problem only occurs with large games that demand a lot of resources from the PS4 (Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, etc.)

Has anyone else had the same problem and found a solution, please!!
