Hello,
I want to print a multi-page document in portrait, but my back page is always upside down. Help! Thank you for your assistance. I've tried several options, but nothing changes....

Hello,
It depends on what you mean by "upside down" ..?? The reference is like for the pages of a book...
-- It all depends on the brand and model of the printer..?? Whether it's part of its features or not..?? And how it's done. Or if you have to turn the pages manually..?? We can't guess any of that..
-- It may also depend on the software used to create your document... it has its own settings for double-sided printing... and if it's a book, there is even a specification for which side the binding is on...
In my opinion, you need to find the right option, between the editing program and the printer menus.
Thank you for this response.
To clarify, I didn't have this problem before with this printer.
Upside down: I have a Word or PDF document (not a book) in portrait orientation, I want duplex printing so I normally choose long edges. It doesn't work. I checked the print settings of my printer. Everything seems fine.
Software: I have Windows 10 Home. Where can I find this option in the editing program? This might be my last resort....
Thank you
The editing program is Word... so it’s worth checking out.
For example, in Word, there are options... then in "Word Options," there’s a line "Advanced Options," and inside, a section "Printing" that has two lines about: "print on one side for double-sided printing" and also "print on the other side...etc." I have never used these options; we need to see what it does...
-- If you create a new document and then print it (double-sided), do you have the same problem..?
-- Otherwise, in the "printer properties," there’s a section "Double-sided printing" (yes or no) and the binding is offered on the long side or short side... then "Setup" for binding on the left or right or top... I think that’s where it happens.
-- You also have the option to do manual flipping... if the number of sheets isn’t too high... as a last resort.
If you are not the author of this document, but it comes from someone else, they might have included invisible "Escape" codes in the text, which are understood by the printer... intentionally for a reason I don’t know... and you don’t know either.
But logically, there shouldn’t be any other document that does this..?
