HDMI to Scart Converter

I connected one side of the HDMI plug to the Philips TV and on the other side of the adapter, the SCART plug from the VCR.

I didn't know where to connect the DC/V wire of the converter to the TV?

With these connections on the TV, the message indicated that I should return to the sources...?

    Hello,

    You can plug the power supply into a free USB port on the TV or a 220 volts/USB socket like a phone charger.

    Good evening,

    could you take a photo of your HDMI-Peritel adapter (if I understood correctly) and share it here? (or a precise description with the indications noted on each connection point)?

    For power supply, I confirm that the simplest option is to plug into a USB port on the TV (if available, close to the HDMI ports, it's easier and avoids cable extensions)

      Indeed, I have correctly connected this wire to a USB port, positive only on the DVD side, but

      NEGATIVE for the VHS, sound but no image. Thank you for your help.
